Before joining Lion TV, Donna executive produced the Factual Entertainment series Don’t Tell The Bride for BBC3 (now in its 3rd series), The WI Ladies Guide To Brothels (Channel 4), the digital photography series Picture This (Channel 4) and the Cutting Edge film Gridlocks and Road Rage (Channel 4).
Donna started her career on The Word and The Big Breakfast and went on to direct documentaries for Channel 4 including the Dispatches film Can You Live Without Your Car?, Getting Away With Murder for the Films of Fire strand as well as The Channel 4 Commission on Drugs, We Recruit and Perverted Justice.
Donna then worked as Series Producer on Bravo’s extremely successful Sin Cities and Travel Sick which was transferred to Comedy Central and nominated for the Golden Rose of Montreux. After this she series produced Secret Admirer (Channel 4), Bricking It (Channel 4) and the science series Exposed… (BBC3)
Her executive producer credits also include the BBC3 series Fat Men Can’t Hunt and My Childhood (winner of the Scottish Bafta for Best Factual Series) as well as Cherry, Booze, Girls and Me (BBC3), Teen Tycoons (Channel 4), Night Cops (Sky One) and the eco-engineering series Planet Mechanics (National Geographic).
