Susan is responsible for all legal production issues and negotiations with broadcasters, co-producers, financiers and talent.
She also oversees Lion's secondary rights exploitation and legal and corporate matters generally across Lion's offices in London, Glasgow and the US, heading a team of three in the Business Affairs department.
Susan qualified and worked as a solicitor in a City law firm before moving onto the Business Affairs department at Channel 4.
There, she worked in the Entertainment, Music working on shows such as Derren Brown, T4 and Ali G.
She also worked for E4 at its inception, assisting in setting up its business and legal procedures.
After leaving Channel 4, Susan moved into production as the first Head of Legal and Business Affairs for At It Productions,working across all of its output in the UK and the US.
