Daniel Pearl

Daniel is an award-winning TV executive, with experience commissioning across the full range of commercial and public service TV. Daniel has worked at a senior level in the BBC, Channel 4, Paramount+ and Channel 5 before joining Lion TV as Creative Director. Across his career Daniel has worked across all the factual genres from premium factual to popular formats.

Daniel has produced and commissioned many high profile and high rating programmes notably HBO/Channel 4's Emmy winning “Leaving Neverland" and the record-breaking popular Channel 5 format “Our Yorkshire Farm”. At the BBC Daniel was Deputy Editor of Panorama, Newsnight and the 10 O’Clock News and was later Editor of Channel 4’s Dispatches strand. Daniel went on to oversee the UK Unscripted premium content for the Paramount+ streaming service.
