Lion supports ScreenSkills & ThinkBigger’s inclusive ‘Engage’ mentoring programme

Lion TV Creative Director, Emma Morgan is mentoring series producer Celine Fitzmaurice as part of ENGAGE - a unique 6-month ScreenSkills & ThinkBigger programme set up to support Deaf and disabled screen industry talent.

Celine said, “People with disabilities fall by the wayside because they are considered a problem. That mentality makes it important for people like me to speak out. I have received support from the Engage mentoring scheme, which paired me with Lion TV’s Emma Morgan. It has been really positive to talk to a well-connected, senior individual in the industry about my professional development.”
